Code of Conduct

Fairness

1. All of NIC’s employees and stakeholders are treated equally and discrimination on the basis of race, gender, ethnic or social origin, religion, beliefs or culture is not tolerated
2. We live out the motto of “treat others as we would like to be treated”.

Honesty

1. NIC engages honestly and truthfully with all its stakeholders and within the framework of applicable law.
2. Are competitive and avoid conflicts of interest which may affect the interests of NIC Instruments & Engineering (PTY) Ltd.
3. NIC provides formal feedback to our stakeholders regarding compliance audits and recommended corrective actions.
4. NIC rejects all forms of dishonesty.

Responsibility for ethical conduct

1. All employees are required to comply with company policies and procedures as determined and approved by management.
2. Compliance with all applicable legal requirements is set as a minimum standard.
3. We strive to create a safe working environment and protect our natural resources and environment
